Campaign Member Filters
Campaign Member Filters give you control over which campaign members generate touchpoints. You can filter by membership status and lookback period.
Accessing Filters
- Navigate to the Cleot App Configuration tab
- Click the Campaign Configuration tab
- Scroll to the Campaign Member Filters section
Membership Status Filter
Controls which CampaignMember statuses qualify for touchpoint creation.
- No statuses selected (default): All campaign members create touchpoints regardless of status.
- Specific statuses selected: Only members whose status matches an included status will create touchpoints.
Configuring
- Use the dual listbox to move statuses from Available Statuses to Included Statuses
- Click Save Filter Settings
Example
If you only want touchpoints for members who actively responded to a campaign:
- Move "Responded" from Available to Included
- Save
Now only campaign members with status "Responded" will generate touchpoints. Members with status "Sent" will be skipped.
Lookback Period
Limits touchpoint creation to members added within a certain time window. Useful for excluding old campaign interactions.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Lookback Days | Rolling window — only members created within the last N days qualify |
| Lookback Date | Fixed cutoff — only members created on or after this date qualify |
If both are set, the more restrictive (later) date is used.
Example
To ignore campaign members older than 90 days:
- Set Lookback Days to
90 - Click Save Filter Settings
Lookback filters only apply at the time of touchpoint creation. Existing touchpoints are not affected when you change the lookback period.
