Included Reports

The app includes a Campaign Attribution Reports folder with three starter reports, plus a custom report type for building your own.

Starter Reports

Campaign Performance Summary

Shows which campaigns drove the most pipeline and closed revenue.

  • Format: Summary, grouped by Campaign
  • Columns: Touch Date, Status, Attribution Weight, Opportunity Amount (SUM), Opportunity Amount Won (SUM), Contact, Opportunity
  • Filter: Active touchpoints only

Channel Mix by Campaign Type

Compares attribution credit and revenue across campaigns for attributed touchpoints.

  • Format: Summary, grouped by Account
  • Columns: Campaign, Attribution Weight (AVG), Opportunity Amount (SUM), Opportunity Amount Won (SUM)
  • Filter: Status = Attributed, Active = true

Monthly Touchpoint Trend

Tracks touchpoint volume and attributed revenue over time.

  • Format: Summary, grouped by Touch Date (Calendar Month)
  • Columns: Campaign, Status, Opportunity Amount (SUM), Opportunity Amount Won (SUM), Contact

Touchpoints with Campaigns Report Type

The app also includes a custom report type called Touchpoints with Campaigns that you can use to build your own attribution reports and dashboards.

Using the Report Type

  1. Go to the Reports tab in Salesforce
  2. Click New Report
  3. Search for Touchpoints with Campaigns in the report type selector
  4. Click Start Report

Available Fields

The report type exposes:

  • Touchpoint — Name, Status, Attribution Weight, Opportunity Amount, Opportunity Amount Won, Touch Date, Touchpoint Position, Active, and all lookup fields (Campaign, Contact, Account, Opportunity, Lead, Campaign Member)
