Included Reports

The app ships with five pre-built reports in the Public Reports folder. These use the custom Touchpoints with Campaigns report type and can be run immediately after installation.

Campaign Performance Summary

Question it answers: Which campaigns drove the most pipeline and revenue?

  • Grouped by Campaign
  • Shows total pipeline and won revenue per campaign
  • Filter on Touch Date to narrow to a specific period

Campaign Type ROI

Question it answers: Which campaign types (Email, Webinar, Event, etc.) generate the best return?

  • Shows only attributed touchpoints
  • Compare pipeline influence vs. won revenue across campaign types
  • Clone the report and group by Campaign Type for a different view

Touchpoint Detail

Question it answers: Show me all touchpoints with full details.

  • Flat list of all touchpoints with every field visible
  • Add filters to narrow down by Account, Campaign, or date range
  • Useful for data quality checks and ad-hoc investigation

Pipeline Influence by Account

Question it answers: How are marketing touches distributed across accounts and deals?

  • Grouped by Account, then Opportunity
  • See which accounts receive the most marketing attention
  • Identify accounts with high engagement but low attribution

Monthly Engagement Trend

Question it answers: How is touchpoint volume trending month over month?

  • Grouped by Touch Date (Calendar Month)
  • Add a chart (bar or line) to visualize the trend
  • Filter by Campaign to see trends for specific programs

Customizing Pre-Built Reports

You can customize any pre-built report by:

  1. Opening the report
  2. Clicking Save As to create your own copy
  3. Modifying filters, columns, groupings, or chart settings
tip

Always use Save As rather than modifying the original. This preserves the pre-built report for other users and future reference.
